By ordering, the customer unreservedly accepts these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.&nbsp;<strong>Products<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Karacter sells physical products, including clothing, as well as personalized products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some items can be configured or customized by the customer before ordering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.&nbsp;<strong>Price<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Prices are expressed in <strong>Before tax (HT)<\/strong>.<br>Delivery charges are not included in the displayed prices. They are calculated after the order, at the time of invoicing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.&nbsp;<strong>Controls<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Orders can be placed via the website or any other channel defined by Karacter. Once the order has been received, a confirmation is sent to the customer by e-mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.&nbsp;<strong>Payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Payment is made <strong>immediately upon ordering<\/strong>, by <strong>credit card<\/strong> or <strong>TWINT<\/strong>.<br>No payment facilities are offered. Order processing begins only after payment confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.&nbsp;<strong>Delivery<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Deliveries are only made in&nbsp;<strong>Switzerland<\/strong>, via carrier&nbsp;<strong>Planzer<\/strong>. The&nbsp;<strong>average delivery time is about one week<\/strong>&nbsp;after validation of the order. A&nbsp;<strong>tracking number<\/strong>&nbsp;is sent to the customer upon shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.&nbsp;<strong>Right of withdrawal &amp; returns<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with the Swiss Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to cancel the contract at any time.&nbsp;<strong>14-day right of withdrawal<\/strong>&nbsp;upon receipt of the products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Returns must be requested&nbsp;<strong>by e-mail to info@gruyere-habits.ch<\/strong><br>Visit&nbsp;<strong>return shipping costs are at the customer's expense<\/strong>. Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9.&nbsp;<strong>Refund<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In the case of compliant returns, reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.&nbsp;<strong>Warranty<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No&nbsp;<strong>specific warranty<\/strong>&nbsp;is offered outside the applicable legal warranties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11.&nbsp;<strong>Liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Karacter and\u00a0<strong>Interprofession du Gruy\u00e8re<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of the products sold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12.&nbsp;<strong>Data protection<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Karacter has a privacy policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The data transmitted by customers is treated as strictly confidential and used exclusively to process orders, deliver products and manage customer relations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No data is sold or passed on to third parties, except where necessary for the proper processing of the order (e.g. carrier, payment service provider).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers may at any time request access to, rectification or deletion of their personal data by contacting customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13.&nbsp;<strong>Applicable law<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>These General Terms and Conditions are subject to&nbsp;<strong>Swiss law<\/strong>.
