1. Legal information
The company karacter, registered in Switzerland and headquartered at Route du Moulin 56, 3977 Granges VS, is active in clothing sales.

2. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all sales of products concluded via the site https://gruyere-habits.ch/ or any other ordering channel. By ordering, the customer unreservedly accepts these terms and conditions.
3. Products
Karacter sells physical products, including clothing, as well as personalized products.
Some items can be configured or customized by the customer before ordering.
4. Price
Prices are expressed in Before tax (HT).
Delivery charges are not included in the displayed prices. They are calculated after the order, at the time of invoicing.
5. Controls
Orders can be placed via the website or any other channel defined by Karacter. Once the order has been received, a confirmation is sent to the customer by e-mail.
6. Payment
Payment is made immediately upon ordering, by credit card or TWINT.
No payment facilities are offered. Order processing begins only after payment confirmation.
7. Delivery
Deliveries are only made in Switzerland, via carrier Planzer. The average delivery time is about one week after validation of the order. A tracking number is sent to the customer upon shipment.
8. Right of withdrawal & returns
In accordance with the Swiss Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to cancel the contract at any time. 14-day right of withdrawal upon receipt of the products.

Visit return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
9. Refund
In the case of compliant returns, reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned items.
10. Warranty
No specific warranty is offered outside the applicable legal warranties.
11. Liability
Karacter and Interprofession du Gruyère cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of the products sold.
12. Data protection
Karacter has a privacy policy.
The data transmitted by customers is treated as strictly confidential and used exclusively to process orders, deliver products and manage customer relations.
No data is sold or passed on to third parties, except where necessary for the proper processing of the order (e.g. carrier, payment service provider).
Customers may at any time request access to, rectification or deletion of their personal data by contacting customer service.
13. Applicable law
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the legal venue is the company's head office, unless otherwise stipulated.
