Mit der Bestellung akzeptiert der Kunde vorbehaltlos die vorliegenden AGB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.&nbsp;<strong>Produkte<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Karacter verkauft physische Produkte, einschlie\u00dflich Kleidung, sowie personalisierte Produkte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Einige Artikel k\u00f6nnen vom Kunden vor der Bestellung konfiguriert oder personalisiert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.&nbsp;<strong>Preis<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Preise werden ausgedr\u00fcckt <strong>Vor Steuern (HT)<\/strong>.<br>Die Lieferkosten sind nicht in den angezeigten Preisen enthalten. Sie werden nach der Bestellung bei der Rechnungsstellung berechnet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.&nbsp;<strong>Befehle<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bestellungen k\u00f6nnen \u00fcber die Webseite oder einen anderen von Karacter festgelegten Kanal aufgegeben werden. Sobald die Bestellung eingegangen ist, wird dem Kunden eine Best\u00e4tigung per E-Mail zugesandt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.&nbsp;<strong>Zahlung<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Zahlung erfolgt <strong>sofort bei der Bestellung<\/strong>, von <strong>Bankkarte<\/strong> oder <strong>TWINT<\/strong>.<br>Es werden keine Zahlungserleichterungen angeboten. Die Bearbeitung der Bestellung beginnt erst nach Best\u00e4tigung der Zahlung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.&nbsp;<strong>Lieferung<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lieferungen erfolgen nur in&nbsp;<strong>Schweiz<\/strong>, \u00fcber den Spediteur&nbsp;<strong>Planzer<\/strong>. Die&nbsp;<strong>durchschnittliche Lieferzeit betr\u00e4gt etwa eine Woche<\/strong>&nbsp;nach der Best\u00e4tigung der Bestellung. Ein&nbsp;<strong>Trackingnummer<\/strong>&nbsp;wird dem Kunden unmittelbar nach dem Versand \u00fcbermittelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.&nbsp;<strong>Widerrufsrecht &amp; R\u00fccksendungen<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gem\u00e4\u00df dem Schweizer Konsumentenschutzgesetz hat der Kunde ein&nbsp;<strong>14-t\u00e4giges Widerrufsrecht<\/strong>&nbsp;ab dem Zeitpunkt des Erhalts der Produkte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00fccksendungen m\u00fcssen beantragt werden&nbsp;<strong>per E-Mail an info@gruyere-habits.ch<\/strong><br>Die&nbsp;<strong>R\u00fccksendekosten sind vom Kunden zu tragen<\/strong>. B.
